Day 4 Cheesy Broccoli-Potato Mash

Wanted to try these out but not sure I like the proportions. Needs less broccoli maybe.

1 pound Yukon Gold potatoes

3/4 pound broccoli crowns, chopped (4 cups)

3/4 cup shredded fontina cheese

1/2 cup nonfat mild

1/2 teaspoon salt

Pepper to taste

Steam potatoes and broccoli. Mash coarsely with potato masher. Add cheese, milk, salt and pepper.
